How much time until my transaction is processed?
Jeton deposits are instant.
In case of disruption with the service it might take up to 1 hour. Please contact support if you did not receive your deposit after that time.
Why was my deposit rejected?
If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible reasons for rejection and how to resolve it:
Insufficient Funds:
Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please use an alternative payment method.
Login Information:
Please ensure you used the correct login information to access your Vega Wallet account.
QR Code:
If you take to much time to read the QR Code it might expire. Please cancel the transaction and restart the deposit to issue a new QR Code and deposit.
