Why was my UPI Deposit rejected?

If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:

  • Insufficient Funds

    • Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please top up your wallet or use an alternative payment method.

  • PayTm option not loading when using a desktop

    • Please note that the option to use PayTm is only available when using the mobile version, however you can still complete your deposit, by selecting the QR code option and scanning it with your PayTm app.

  • QR Code

    • If you take too much time to read the QR Code it might expire. Please cancel the transaction and restart the deposit to issue a new QR Code and deposit.

  • Deposit not credited

    • Do not make multiple payments. If payment has been made, please wait for the payment status. Also ensure that whenever requested, you shall enter the UTR reference of your payment to avoid delays.
