bKash allows users to easily complete their payments using some of the most popular payment apps in Bangladesh

HOW TO DEPOSIT?

Or follow our step-by-step guide:

1. – Select “Cash” on your cashier

2. -Select the “bKash” option

3.– Add the Deposit amount and click in Deposit

4. – Upon clicking the deposit button, a new window will appear, prompting the user to enter all the required details before proceeding by clicking “Next”

There are three available document type options:

5.– Review the details carefully to ensure accuracy, then proceed by clicking “Submit”.

6– Important to copy the wallet number and deposit amount, then navigate to the bKash app to input the details, finalize the payment, retrieve the transaction ID, and submit accordingly. Users will be required to enter the Transaction ID click submit.

How to complete transaction?

7.– Submit the order.

8. – Payment is completed.

**Please note that in some cases this can take up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be processed. In case of disruption with the service, it may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Please contact support if you do not receive your deposit after that time frame.

Why my deposit got rejected?

If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:

Insufficient Funds

Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please top up your wallet or use an alternative payment method.

Incorrect Transaction ID: If the transaction ID does not correspond with the transaction request, the payment will not be processed successfully.

Missing Transaction ID: If an incorrect amount is entered, the payment request will not be validated or processed.

Deposit not credited

Do not make multiple payments. If payment has been made, please wait for the payment status. Also ensure that whenever requested, you shall enter the Transaction ID of your payment to avoid failures.
