Why was my deposit rejected?
If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:
Insufficient Funds
Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please top up your wallet or use an alternative payment method.
Incorrect Account Details
If the sender enters an incorrect account number, mobile number, or recipient detail, the transaction will fail.
Do not make multiple payments. If payment has been made, please wait for the payment status. Also ensure that whenever requested, you shall enter the Transaction ID of your payment to avoid failures.
