2. Click on "Bank Transfer"
3. Enter in the amount and ID number
4. Then click "Deposit"
5. Please note Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 hour to be processed.
6. If you do not see this within 1 hour, please contact support for further assistance with the transaction.
If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:
Amount mismatch
You completed the transfer with a different amount from the one initially shown. In this case you would need to contact our support team in order to
locate the funds.
Deposit not credited
Do not make multiple payments. If payment has been made, please wait for the payment status.
