– Enter the deposit amount and Population Registration Number:
Confirm Order Details and select your Account name:
Screenshot or save the QR:
Access the application and authenticate by scanning the pre-saved QR code:
Verify details in your wallet: merchant name, exact amount, and any fees:
Enter your PIN to authorize the payment:
Deposit is auto-complete:
HOW MUCH TIME TILL MY TRANSACTION IS PROCESSED?
- Deposits are typically instant, with funds appearing in your account within a few seconds to a few minutes.- In the event of a service disruption, processing may take from 15 minutes up to 24 hours. If your deposit has not been credited after this period, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
WHY MY DEPOSIT GOT REJECTED?
-If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:
Insufficient Funds
Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please top up your wallet or use an alternative payment method.
Name Mismatch
The name on your bank account does not exactly match the name registered on your gaming account.
Expired or Invalid QR Code
If the QR code was not scanned within its valid time window or was altered, the transaction may fail automatically.
Bank Maintenance or Downtime
If your bank or the payment gateway is undergoing maintenance, the transaction could be interrupted or fail to process.
Failed but Deducted
If the transaction shows as failed but the funds were still deducted, please contact our support team.
