How much time until my transaction is processed?
Deposits are typically instant, with funds appearing in
your account within a few seconds to a few minutes.
In the event of a service disruption, processing may
take from 10 minutes up to 24 hours. If your deposit
has not been credited after this period, please reach
out to our support team for further assistance
Why was my deposit rejected?
If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible reasons for rejection and how to resolve it:
Insufficient Funds:
Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please use an alternative payment method.
Transaction Limit Exceeded:
M-Pesa may have daily, weekly, or per-transaction limits that were exceeded.
Unregistered/Inactive account:
The M-Pesa account is not active, not verified, or not registered to the correct name.
Session Timeout/User Abandonment:
If the customer does not complete the authentication or takes too long during the login/OTP step, the payment will fail.
Failed but Deducted:
If the transaction shows as failed but the funds were still deducted, please contact our support team.
