Our new ‘Gambling Limits’ feature allows you to set both wager and loss limits on your gameplay to ensure you are gambling safely and responsibly! There are 3 time periods to choose from (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) which will begin from the moment set and be fixed for every 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. You can also have up to 3 limits active at once, allowing you to set limits for each timeframe, or have wager and loss limits active at the same time!

This can be located HERE!

Once you reach a wager or loss limit, you will be unable to place any wagers until the limit resets or is removed after the current time period ends.

Wager Limits

A wager limit caps the maximum amount you can wager during the selected time period, which starts as soon as the limit is set.

Loss Limits

A loss limit caps your net loss during the selected time period, starting when the limit is set. Net loss is calculated using your total result, meaning wins minus losses.

• If your total result is a loss, that amount counts toward your loss limit.

• If your total result is a gain, your loss limit is not affected. You would need to lose those gains within the same period before your loss limit starts counting again.

Please note that it is calculated from the amount your balance was at the time the limit was set.

Removing a Gambling Limit:

Once a gambling limit is set, this cannot be removed manually by our support staff. The only way to remove a limit is by selecting the ‘Remove limit’ option on the gambling limits page.

Removing a limit is not immediate. The limit remains active until the current period ends. Removal must be requested more than 24 hours before that time to take effect at the next reset; otherwise, the limit continues for one additional period.

Examples:

- Monthly Limits: Run on a 30-day cycle. If set on the 3rd of December, and removed on the 15th of December, it will be removed 3rd of January.

- Daily Limits: Always takes two full cycles (48 hours) to remove. If you set on the 3rd of December and remove on the 4th of December, it will be removed on December 6th.
