How to Deposit with EFT

  1. Select “Cash” on your cashier tab:

  2. Select the “EFT” option:

  3. Enter the deposit amount, ID, and click on Deposit.

  4. Continue by selecting “Bank” below.

  5. To process your payment, enter your bank´s login details.

  6. The payment authorization has been sent to your bank’s app.

  7. Payment is successful.


HOW MUCH TIME TILL MY TRANSACTION IS PROCESSED?

- Deposits are typically instant, with funds appearing in your account within a few seconds to a few minutes.

- In the event of a service disruption, processing may take from 30 minutes up to 24 hours. If your deposit has not been credited after this period, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.


WHY MY DEPOSIT GOT REJECTED?

-If the system is informing you that the deposit was rejected, please do not worry. Have a look at the below possible issues you may encounter and how to resolve it:

Insufficient Funds

Your account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please top up your wallet or use an alternative payment method.

Incorrect Amount

If an incorrect amount is transferred, the payment request will not be validated or processed. Ensure to enter the exact amount of your deposit request when making a payment

Incorrect Bank Details

Wrong account number, routing number, IBAN, or transit code,

Deposit Not Credited

Do not make multiple payments. If payment has been made, please wait for the payment status.Also ensure that whenever requested, you shall enter the Transaction ID of your payment to avoid
failures.
If deposit is not received within 10 minutes to your gaming account, please contact our support team.

Failed but Deducted
If the transaction shows as failed but the funds were still deducted, please contact our support
team.
