Step 1 would begin with a required 24-hour cooldown period. During this time, you will not be able to wager; however, you will still be able to access your account to claim any eligible rewards.
Once the 24-hour cooldown has passed, the self-exclusion option will become available. If you wish to continue your self-exclusion, you may extend it for the timeframe of your choice (1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, or permanently).
