On Desktop (MetaMask Browser Extension)
1. Select the account you sent the funds from.
2. Select the "Activity" tab
3. Find the Sent transaction you made to us and click it.
4. In the transaction details, find the Transaction ID row and click the copy icon next to it.
5. Paste the full TXID into your message with us.
On Mobile (MetaMask App)
1. Tap the clock icon in the tab bar to view your activity. (You can also tap the token you sent and scroll down to see its transactions.)
2. Find the Sent transaction you made to us and tap it to open its details.
3. At the bottom of the details, tap the option to view the transaction on the block explorer.
4. On the explorer page, the TXID is shown as Transaction Hash. Tap the copy icon next to it.
5. Paste the full TXID into your message with us.
