On Desktop (Trust Wallet Browser Extension)
1. Click the Clock icon to open your transaction History
2. Find the Send transaction you made to us and click it.
3. Locate “Hash” and select the copy button to the right of it.
4. Paste the full TXID into your message with us.
On Mobile (Trust Wallet App)
1. On the Home screen, tap the clock Icon in the top right.
2. Find the Sent transaction you made to us and tap it.
3. In the transaction details, tap View on blockchain explorer.
4. On the explorer page, the TXID is shown as Transaction Hash at the top. Tap the copy icon next to it.
5. Paste the full TXID into your message with us.
