On Mobile (Binance App)
1. Select Assets in the bottom menu.
2. Scroll down and select "History"
3. Locate the deposit you sent to us and click it.
4. Locate the TXID and select the copy button to the right of it.
4. Paste the entire TXID into your chat with us.
On Desktop (binance.com)
1. Hover over your wallet Icon in the top right corner.
2. Locate "Asset History" in the dropdown and select it.
3. Select "Withdraw" from the list of options at the top of the screen.
4. Locate the deposit you sent to Roobet, locate the TXID column, and copy it.
5. Paste the TXID into your active chat with us.
