On Desktop (coinbase.com)
1. Go to the Transactions tab on the left side of the page
2. Click the Sent transaction you made to us.
3. Select the Transaction Hash to copy it.
4. Paste the full Hash into your ongoing message with us.
On Mobile (Coinbase App)
1. Go to the Transactions tab on the bottom right menu.
2. Then select the Sent transaction you made to us
3. In the transaction details, click on the show transaction hash to copy it to your clipboard.
4. Paste the full Hash into your ongoing conversation with us.
