On Mobile (Kraken App)
1. Select "View your transaction History" at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Locate the transaction you sent to us.
3. Locate the On-Chain Transaction ID and copy it.
4. Paste the transaction ID into your ongoing chat with us.
On Desktop (kraken.com)
1. Go to the "Activity" page on the left side of the screen.
2. Locate the sent transaction to us and select it.
3. Locate the On-Chain Transaction ID and copy it.
4. Paste the transaction ID into your ongoing chat with us.
