Occasionally, bitcoin deposits can be rejected by CashApp, causing them to bounce back to your wallet instead of depositing onto Roobet like they usually would. This can be due to a number of reasons, such as too small of a transaction fee, your deposit taking too long to confirm, or your wallet incorrectly marking the transaction as fraud.
If this was caused by your transaction taking too long to confirm, increase the transaction fee and re-try the deposit, and it should go through with no issues.
If it bounced back for a different reason, go to the Cashier tab on Roobet, select “Bitcoin”, and select “Request New Address”. Re-send your depo to your new bitcoin address and this should solve your issue. In the future, try requesting a new address before every deposit to prevent this from happening again.
