In order to have your account locked, please send an email to cs@roobet.com with the subject "Self Exclusion" from the email address associated with your Roobet account. If you would like it only locked for a certain amount of time, please specify this timeframe in your email.

If your account is new and does not yet have any activity on it (no wagers or deposits) you can delete it through your account privacy settings here: https://roobet.com/?modal=account&tab=privacy&showSessions=no by selecting “Close My Account”.
