Roobet is required to determine the location of your computer while using our services. To learn how to change your permission settings to allow your browser to share your location information, please locate the browser you wish to use below.

Once your location services are enabled for Roobet it is recommended that you keep them enabled, although you do not have to. If you turn off location services after the initial check you may be put into "Affiliate Only Mode" after a while, all you have to do in that case is reenable location services for Roobet and navigate to the Deposit page to complete another check.

Enable access to location on a Windows Device

  1. Navigate to your Windows settings by navigating to the start button on the bottom left and clicking "Settings"

  2. Got to the Privacy section in the settings options

  3. Navigate to the location section of the privacy menu

  4. Ensure that location services are turned ON on your device by clicking the "Change" button in the picture below

How to share location data when using the Chrome Browser

By default, Chrome asks you when a site wants to see your location. To let Roobet know where you are, you must choose Allow. Roobet's services will not function properly if you do not permit location sharing.

Windows

  1. Navigate to roobet.com and click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.

  2. From the dropdown that appears, select Site settings.

  3. In the Permissions section of Privacy and security, scroll to Location.

  4. Select Allow from the dropdown to the right.

  5. Return to roobet.com and reload the page.

macOS

  1. Visit roobet.com and Allow the website to collect location data.

  2. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy:

    1. Click on the Location error

      or Lock icon to the left of the address bar > Always allow the site to access your location > Done

  3. Click Open Preferences

  4. On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon.

  5. Enter your computer’s password > choose Google Chrome > Return to roobet.com and refresh the web page.

How to share location data when using the Firefox Browser

Windows

  1. Visit roobet.com and Allow the browser to collect location data when prompted in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  2. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked on the Block button by mistake, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy:

    1. Click on the Location error icon

    3. Return to the roobet.com and refresh the web page.

  1. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy.

  2. On the Privacy tab, select Location Services, then click the Lock icon, and enter your computer’s password.

  3. Check Enable Location Services > choose Firefox > return to roobet.com and refresh the web page.
