You can find your transaction ID on Coinspot by following the steps below:
Click on "Wallets"
Open the Coinspot wallet for the currency you sent to Roobet
3. Select "Transactions" on the right side of your screen
4. Find the transaction in question and copy the "Txid" as shown below and paste that to your Roobet Customer Service Representative
