How to make a deposit
Step 1: Select "Cash" on your cashier
Go to the Deposit tab in your cashier and select CASH (Cards, banks and more).
Step 2: Select the "Visa & Mastercard" option
Under Cards, banks and more, choose Visa & Mastercard.
Step 3: Enter your amount and card details
Pick one of the preset amounts (100, 250, 500) or tap Custom to enter your own amount anywhere between $10 and $5,000. Then fill in your card number, cardholder name, expiry date (MM/YYYY), and security code.
Step 4: Transaction is successful

Why was my deposit rejected?
If the system says your deposit was rejected, don't worry. Here are the most common causes and how to resolve them:
Insufficient funds
Your card, bank account or wallet does not have enough funds to complete the deposit. Please use an alternative payment method.
Bank decline
When your deposit is rejected by the bank, we recommend using an alternative payment method or contacting your bank for further information.
Check for refunded amounts
When a deposit is rejected, the funds are automatically refunded to the original account. We recommend checking your bank account to confirm that the refunded amount has been processed.

Neteller is an e-wallet that lets you store, send and transfer money securely and quickly.
To start, you would first need to sign up through Neteller and deposit funds through your Neteller Wallet. This can be completed here.
