We off a variety of different deposit methods here at Roobet, and one of these methods is depositing via a Bank Account. To deposit into your Roobet account using a bank account, please follow these steps:
Open the deposit tab by clicking this link here, or selecting "Deposit" at the top of the homepage.
Next, select "Cash" via the drop-down menu to ensure that you have your cash balance selected, and then make sure that you have your bank selected from the available options. For this article we will be using "Caixa", however the process will be nearly identical for every bank. The available options will also vary by location.
Enter the amount you would like to deposit (the minimum depo amount is $10) and your National ID, and then select "Deposit".
You will receive a notification on Roobet stating that your deposit is pending, and a "Details" page will open. Fill out your bank account's "Agency Number" (this generally means your Branch Number), "Account Number", and "Account Type" (checking, savings, etc.), and then select "Confirm".
Our system will generate a QR code. Please scan this QR code on your cell phone to open a link to where you can complete your transaction. You can also copy and paste the QR code, or select the "Pay" option to open a direct link. Please note that there is a 5 hour timer that starts when you enter this step, and if your transaction is not completed within that time the transaction will be cancelled and you will need to start this process over again.
Once you have scanned the QR code or opened the direct link, you will be redirected to your bank's website where you can complete your transaction directly through your bank.
When you have completed your transaction through your bank, you will receive another notification on Roobet stating that your deposit was successful, and you will receive the funds in your Cash Balance. You are now all set to use your newly deposited funds on Roobet! Please note that cash deposits can take up to 24 hours to be received in some cases.
