To withdraw your (BTC, ETH, LTC, or Tether) balance, you will need to wager at least 20% of your cryptocurrency deposit amount before you can withdraw or tip. Your deposit must also receive 1 confirmation for BTC/LTC or 3 confirmations for ETH/Tether.

  1. You must first obtain the wallet address of the Cryptocurrency you are withdrawing from your external Wallet.

    1. To locate this wallet address, you may navigate to assets/balances through your wallet . From there, you will click on the balance of the Cryptocurrency you are attempting to send and click Receive/Deposit to obtain the address.

  2. Input the wallet address for the Crypto you are wanting to withdraw, as well as, put the amount that you would like withdrawn. You can do so under the withdraw page on your Cashier tab.

Once you have entered the address, select "Withdraw Funds" to withdraw your funds.

How to Track your Withdraw:

Once you have sent your withdraw, you will receive a notification in the notifications section on your homepage that your withdraw has been sent. The transaction ID will then be provided for you to use to track your withdraw.

To track your withdraw, you will want to obtain the transaction ID from under your notifications tab in the top right corner of the homepage:

You may also find this under your history tab under your withdrawal's details:

You will use this transaction ID and input this in your block explorer's search engine:

-For Ethereum/Tether, you may track your withdraw under https://etherscan.io/.

-For Bitcoin/LTC, you may track your withdraw under https://blockchair.com/ or https://www.blockchain.com/en/.

In order for you to receive your withdraw on your wallet provider's end, your transaction must receive 1 confirmation for BTC/LTC or 3 confirmations for ETH/Tether. This process is automatic and is required for all crypto transactions.

-Please note that some wallets may have a different required amount of confirmations before you may receive your withdraw.
