How can I take a timeout, self exclude, self exclusion, take a break, lock, or delete my account?

Here at Roobet, we take Responsible Gambling very seriously, and we are always doing our best to look out for our players and ensure that they are gambling responsibly. If you feel that you may be having issues gambling responsibility, we recommend checking out this Responsible Gambling questionnaire here: https://www.begambleaware.org/ and/or taking a time out from gambling.

In order to add a time out to your account or request account deletion, please send an email to cs@roobet.com with the subject "Time Out" or "Account Deletion" from the email address associated with your Roobet account. Our team will then get back to you within the next 24-48 hours to confirm they have received your request and put your account through a 48-hour cooldown period. Another email will be sent to you within the next 24 hours of our last response, so you can confirm the timeframe of your self-exclusion request. If this is for a a deletion request, you will proceed with sending the email, however you can notify our team that you still wish to delete your account. You will have 24 hours to respond to the email.

We do also offer our "Take a Break" Program. If you wish to action this and take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 14 days, then you may reach out to our team at cs@roobet.com to have this completed.

If your account is new and does not yet have any activity on it (no wagers or deposits) you can delete it through your account privacy settings here: https://roobet.com/?modal=account&tab=privacy&showSessions=no by selecting “Close My Account”.
