How can I take a time out, self exclude, take a break, lock, or delete my account?

Here at Roobet, we take Responsible Gambling very seriously, and we are always doing our best to look out for our players and ensure that they are gambling responsibly. If you feel that you may be having issues gambling responsibility, we recommend checking out this Responsible Gambling questionnaire here: https://www.begambleaware.org/ and/or taking a time out from gambling.

In order to add a time out to your account, please send an email to cs@roobet.com with the subject "Time Out" from the email address associated with your Roobet account. If you would like it only timed out for a certain amount of time, please specify this timeframe in your email.

Please make sure to include your username in order for us to locate your account.

In order to have your account deleted, please send an email to cs@roobet.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Roobet account.

Please make sure to include your username in order for us to locate your account.

If your account is new and does not yet have any activity on it (no wagers or deposits) you can delete it through your account privacy settings here: https://roobet.com/?modal=account&tab=privacy&showSessions=no by selecting “Close My Account”.
